Meet Your Trainer
My journey into fitness began 25 years ago at the front desk of a college gym. I had never lifted a weight, followed a workout plan, or understood nutrition. Growing up in a Puerto Rican household, our meals were rich in flavor—and fried in oil. My go-to lunch was a Braum’s burger, fries, and a chocolate milkshake. That all changed when a personal trainer invited me to join a workout. From that moment on, I was hooked.
I competed in my first fitness competition in 2002, and after a brief hiatus, returned to the stage from 2009 to 2014. In 2012, I earned my IFBB Figure Pro card and went on to compete in numerous local, national, and professional shows.
In 2015, my husband and I began our journey to parenthood. After discovering we needed fertility assistance, we underwent IVF and were blessed with our daughter, Ava Lily Beck, born June 5, 2017. I lifted weights throughout my pregnancy—even the day before my C-section. Staying active kept me healthy and helped me return to my pre-pregnancy physique with strength and confidence.
Today, I’m a proud mom, full-time professional, and part-time personal trainer working out of my home garage gym since 2013. I’m certified through NASM and hold a dietary guidance certification from the Cooper Institute of Dallas. My passion lies in helping others—especially busy moms—achieve their strength, nutrition, and body composition goals.
There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a woman prioritize her health and rediscover her power—not just for herself, but for her family.
